Workday Cloud Integration Consultant

The European Regional Delivery Center, ERDC for short, provides IT technology services to Deloitte clients across major European and EMEA, is part of a strongly integrated network of Global Delivery Centers that operate across the world.

Business transformation and analysis expertise and/or experience with a HR Transformation technology
Experience with integration/programming technologies such as XML, XSLT and Web Services
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentations, workshop facilitation, business and report writing
Excellent written and spoken English skills (all programs and associated documentation will be conducted in the English language) and the ability to develop strong relationships with the client
Ability to deliver work packages without significant supervision
SAP or Oracle or People Soft middleware experience
Educated to Graduate / Postgraduate level with a technology focused degree an advantage
The role will require a degree of travel to client site, estimated to be 20% of the time
Additional desirable experience includes:

Experience of Cloud HR Transformation/Integration implementation projects
Experience with integration/programming technologies such as SQL, SAP, Oracle and Java.
Experience with integration/programming testing and fault finding

Actively participate in the development of the Workday Cloud HR Transformation Practice by helping in the maintenance and updates of documentation and processes
Provide support in preparing of and participate in data discovery and deep dive workshops
To build and support implementation of Workday HR Transformation integrations
Testing of Workday HR Transformation integrations
Fixing of identified bugs within Workday HR Transformation integrations
A Workday Cloud Integration Consultant will have responsibility for:

Developing specialist knowledge of Workday Cloud Integration and HR Transformation modules
Acquire and maintain Workday certifications, required for the job
Working collaboratively as part of the Integration team to deliver integration requirements as part of a Workday Cloud HR Transformation program
Liaising with Functional and Data leads to ensure the design and configuration aligns with integration requirements and design
Ensuring integration deliverables meet the Deloitte quality assurance standards.
Leading project activities in-line with the Deloitte Cloud HR Transformation methodology and adhering to project quality checkpoints
Working with client teams to deliver and manage the project with high quality deliverables, on time and within budget
