We have expertise in multiple capabilities across Business Operations (Systems Delivery & Modernization, Cloud & Engineering, Operations Transformation), Customer & Marketing (Marketing & Commerce, Digital Customer, Digital Foundry & Operations), Enterprise Tech & Performance (SAP, ServiceNow, Anaplan), Human Capital (HR Transformation, Organizational Transformation), and Strategy, Analytics and M&A (Data Modernization & Analytics, AI Insights and Engagement).
• Bachelor's degree or Master's student in the field of Communication & Public Relations, Psychology, Change Management, or Economics with a focus on communication, computer sciences, HR processes;
• Advanced English level;
• Self-confident, with good (written and verbal) communication and content creation skills;
• Team-oriented;
• Ability to prioritize, with a mindset, focused on finding solutions;
• Ability to interact proactively with a diverse group of people;
• Microsoft Office skills;
• Video editing skills – nice to have;
• Knowledge in the training/ learning process (creating materials & delivering) is an advantage.
