    Required skills & profile

    • 10 years minimum of professional experience in Infrastructure management including operational roles in international and multicultural environments
    • Strong experience and expertise in production management including crisis and communication
    • Very strong Troubleshooting experience
    • Good technical skills in Infrastructure and especially on Stability and Infra services solutions (Active Directory, JIRA, Appdynamics, Solarwinds …)
    • Transversal, vertical and remote Team management
    • Financial and project management skills
    • Great intellectual agility and ability to deal with multiple topics in parallel
    • Rigor in organization, formalization and planning
    • Negotiation skills
    • Strong appetite in service delivery and End User eXperience
    • Solution oriented

    Position SCOPE & Key Responsibilities

    • Define 3 years plan strategy for all Stability and Infra services
    • Define Stability and Infra services technical solutions and standards
    • Define and implement yearly roadmap to apply global strategy: specific focus on continuously improving stability (reduce P1 incidents) and change management efficiency
    • Deliver best in class Stability and Infra services to all Business units including production and request management 24/7
    • Adopt and run a worldwide operating model in an ITIL and agile framework. Run and promote follow the SUN service model.
    • Develop and publish regular dashboards and KPI’s to all Stability and Infra services stakeholders (Business Units, IS, corporate functions). Monthly dashboards will include service availability, project status budget follow up and process/quality measures.
    • Host and present monthly stability committee involving C levels (CIO’s and Global Technology board members)
    • Manage all Stability and Infra services team staff (sourcing, day to day management, workload)
    • Maintain sharp capacity planning and arbitrate if needed based on workload capacity, business Units expectations, infrastructure roadmaps, security requirements and budget.
    • Develop global Stability and Infra services team mindset, collaboration and team work worldwide
    • Manage Stability and Infra services global budget and respect yearly P&L
    • Define and update regularly Stability and Infra services service catalog and BU’s usage consumption
    • • Act as an advisor for all Business units on Stability and Infra services consumptions and make recommendations on costs management.
    • Define and deliver efficiency plans to optimize quality, security, time to market and budget.
    • Renew and negotiate all Stability and Infra services related contracts (JIRA, AppDynamics, Solarwinds, GlobalSign, SNOW…)
    • Work closely together with relevant Business Unit/Business Line leaders and their IT leaders who act both as clients and dotted line managers in Global Technology organization
    • Cooperate closely with all other Infrastructure teams (Workplace/Cloud/Network Center of Expertise, other AREA managers, , PMO Office, Strategy) and Global Technology teams (Architecture, Front/Middle/Back Office applications, Security, PMO and Finance).
    • IS a member of global Infrastructure leadership team including Zone leaders (Americas, EMEA, APAC) and Workplace, Cloud, Network Center of Expertise Managers, and PMO.
    • Continuously propose service improvement and new functionalities
