� Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by telephone and email
� Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
� Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations;
� Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, email and networking.
� Carry out market research and competitor analysis
� Maintain and develop a computerised customer and prospect database
� Maintain contact with all clients in order to ensure high levels of Client Satisfaction
� Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
� Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up.
