Expediting & Inspection Specialist - Enel Green Power

What we are looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial/Material/Electromechanical/Quality Assurance Engineering/Logistics, Supply Chain or any other related degree;
Certified Professional Logistician (CPL) highly desired;
2+ years of related experience in the international freight, or customs trade compliance preferably in the renewable energy industry, as Product Quality Engineer/Inspector Coordinator/Inspector/Expediting Manager/Project Engineer;
Knowledge in at least of one of the following domains:
Wind Turbine Generator components;
PV park components;
Electrical components part of a typical step-up station (HV/MV Power Transformer, HV Circuit Breakers, HV Disconnector, Current and Voltage Transformer, HV Surge arrester, MV switchgears).
Knowledge of ISO Normative in particular ISO9001 is a plus (mandatory if candidate has degree/experience in Quality assurance);
Knowledge of some mechanical process activities is a plus (mandatory if candidate has degree/experience in Mechanical/Industrial/Material/Electromechanical fields);
Customs Broker's License is a plus.

Soft Skills:

Advanced knowledge of Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
Capable to work in international, multi-cultural and multidisciplinary team;
Good communication skills;
Native/Fluent in English. Italian or Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Analyze and identify potential impacts for the reporting and communication of supply schedules, ensuring the delivery of goods are achieved per the project master schedule, and in accordance with the project delivery plans;
Collaborate with the project team on the communication to suppliers and to support the transit processes;
Coordinate logistical activities to meet the business needs and project specific requirements;
Ensure compliance with customs regulations including examination of import entry documents, engage services, receive, verify and process invoices for Custom formalities and local taxes as needed;
Support development and implementation of import/export policies and procedures, analysis of duty drawback or other special duty programs, as well as applicable Romanian and foreign government programs;
Research and coordinate the usage ability of potential warehouses for strategic supplies;
Gather data, monitor, review and report on shipping documentation such as: upcoming and ongoing shipments, certificate of origin, customs invoices, packing list and certificates of insurance; customs services, including logistics representation, customs services and port research; analyze incoterm verification and associated costs calculation for capex; heavy haul routes and loading and offloading requirement confirmation;
Plan and coordinate Expediting and Inspection activities at supplier facilities;
Be the main contact person with supplier/contractor for all the manufacturing related aspects of the components for relevant GPG project;
Witness in person or through external inspection bodies the main manufacturing milestone (Intermediate test, Factory Acceptance Testing, Pre-Shipment) at supplier facility;
Together with the Quality Engineer, ensure the proper validation of Quality Control Plan/Inspection Test Plan received by Contractor/Suppliers;
Lead the NCR (Non Conformity) follow-up and resolution for the manufacturing related issues;
Manage the contract with external Inspection Bodies, including selection of inspector, inspection report review, inspector rating and pro-forma invoice release;
Perform Technical Evaluation of Inspection Bodies during tender for new expediting service provider;
Update the Enel Digital platform (currently POP and IUP) with the project information in order to monitor and manage the project.
