The Edenred Digital Center (EDC) in Bucharest, Romania is Edenred Group's largest Digital hub for strategic Tech projects.
proven services and infrastructure knowledge and expertise on the CMDB Process execution (ITIL Framework).
proven analytical, incident-solving and troubleshooting ability and interest to follow up on state-of-the-art technologies/tools around IT Service Management (ITSM).
strong service-oriented mindset with leadership, solid oral and written communication skills.
strong ability to guide and influence acceptance of new processes and use of technology.
ability to collaborate with remote teams in a strong multicultural environment.

The IT CMDB Analyst is responsible for administering and executing the configuration management process and ensuring CMDB data integrity. This role works closely with the Jira System Admin and all process owners within to:
Review and maintain CMDB (Configuration Management Database) to monitor and manage all devices and assets. Identify best use through auditing of database and hardware, cross-checking of servers for relevant devices (e.g. radio's, laptops, mobile data) to meet auditing requirements.
Actively encourage users in making more effective use of IT assets to enable them to work more efficiently.
Ensures that requests are handled according to agreed procedures. For all requests that cannot be resolved, provides an effective interface between users and service providers supplying all necessary diagnostic information. Uses judgement to set priority for resolution, monitor progress and apply escalation procedures for problems not progressing satisfactorily.
Oversees the design, coding and testing of reports as needed •
Collects and reports metrics as required
Identifies and reports non-compliance situations
Performs Configuration Management audits as directed
Provides and approves all requirements, use cases, user stories, etc. in support of new or improving functionality of the CMS
Execute the Configuration Item (CI) discovery process ensures accurate mapping of CI relationships. Researches and resolves any issues.
Monitor, maintain and contribute to the growth and maturity of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
Develop the strategy and processes for ensuring that the CMDB is accurate and current.
verify the effectiveness of the process in the achievement of the defined objectives.
