    Requirements

    • A minimum of 2-3 years’ of compensation and benefits experience (payroll) in a multinational company;
    • English proficiency;
    • Excellent communication skills;
    • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills;
    • Ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects;
    • Proactive, adaptable and driven;
    • Exposure to other HR processes would be an advantage.

    Responsibilities

    We are looking for an HR Generalist with a compensation and benefits (payroll) controlling focus to join our HR Team.

    Key responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement the overall compensation policies, guidelines for employees & managers (salary structure settings, including other incentive programs).
    • Participates in salary studies surveys, analyzing the level of internal salary versus the market for each position in the company, providing meaningful insight into our remuneration.
    • Analyzes and interpret internal, external and financial data to model changes to various reward elements such as base salary, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, health and welfare, and retirement programs. Summarizes findings, draw conclusions, and make recommendations about total rewards programs to project teams.
    • Review compensation policies to ensure continued alignment with legislation, internal equity and best practices.
    • Explores the market best practices in the rewards and benefits and implement appropriate best practices in the organization.
    • Analyze the budgetary impact of the various decisions for the implementation of the compensation and benefits plans and proposes, as appropriate, measures for their efficiency.
    • Generates employee data analysis, reports, statistics, etc., formulates conclusions and recommendations. (compensation, employee reports)
    • Manage job grading projects;
    • Is actively involved in all stages of performance management campaign (starting with participation in evaluation meetings to running salary implementation).
    • Participate in Performance Management roadshows and provides support to business leaders on managing high/low performers.
    • Builds a quality relationship with the internal stakeholders;
