    Required Skills:

    • Relevant experience of providing secretarial and administrative support to a team gained in a complex environment;
    • Experience of the processes involved in the preparation and administration of training courses and events is desirable;
    • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills for effective communication with a wide range of contacts;
    • Intermediate/advanced computer literacy with good practical knowledge and skills in using a range of Microsoft software applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint;
    • Highly adaptable, consulting experience preferred.
    • Innovative, curious, fast learner with can-do attitude; team player;
    • Proficient in English

    Responsabilitati

    Position Summary:

    • Effectively provide professional administration support to the Directors and HR department as necessary;
    • Establish, maintain and develop as appropriate efficient office and administration systems and processes, to ensure the smooth and effective running of the office at all times;
    • Responsible for managing diaries, organizing internal/external meetings, organizing events, booking travel, hotels and couriers;
    • Manage basic correspondence with clients, internal and external requests;
    • Responsible for purchasing office supplies and sundry items required by the management team;
    • Manage and organize the bookings for onboarding;
    • Contribute to projects and activities as appropriate for the team e.g. project co-ordination, research, presentation and communication support and day-to-day operational activities;
    • Be a reference point on purchasing, administrative, training and financial matters;
    • Create and maintain any filing and database systems, carrying out regular reviews to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of these;
