    -College/University degree

    - High level of English

    -4-5 years of HR Generalist experience (Business Services or Shared Service Center domains would be an advantage))

    - Strong communications skills, easy to work with, used to work in a multicultural environment

    - High level of flexibility

    - High energy, customer focused and result oriented

    - Analytical mindset, strong process orientation

    -Solid Romanian labor legislation knowledge (HR Inspector or UNELM certification would be an advantage)


    -Recruitment: posting ads, maintain connection with recruitment agencies, schedule candidates for interviews, offer feedback, deliver reports;

    -Onboarding: draft employment offers, collect employee documents, schedule medical check, organize occupational safety training, deliver reports;

    -HR Administration: collaborates with HR Admin team (PeopleFirst), create and maintain employees files, deliver employee certificates, manage individual labor agreements, including creation, registration, changes and termination; operate HR systems to maintain accurate employee profiles;

    -Time management: collect data on leaves, overtime, working time via the HR system and deliver data for payroll;

    -Act as main point of contact for employees’ queries on different topics (eg vacation, performance appraisal, trainings, employee certificates, payslips, employee benefits etc);

    -Administer employee benefits after implementation;

    -Manage the annual processes for medical check and occupational safety;

    -Take active part in implementation of HR strategy for FBS Operations in Europe / Romania;

    -Assist in development and maintenance of FBS policies (as required);

    -Offer support in or lead different HR projects (salary benchmark, employee engagement, talent management etc);

    -Support the development and implementation of a Best-in-Class working culture for FBS Europe activities;

    -Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace;

    -Support work transition in / out from FBS Europe activities;

    -Employee engagement activities and actively participate in the local implementation of the Company’s Pulse Survey program;

    -Contribute to the HR processes improvement;

    -Provide support on performance management;

    -Collaborate with other FBS Centers in India and Mexico.
