Garrett - Procurement Internship - Indirect Buying Intern - 12 months contract

- University Degree
- Open to learn and develop within Procurement area
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Manage tasks with full responsibility and ownership

Other important information for your consideration:
- Work type: hybrid (3 days work from the office - Pipera HQ, near Pipera metro station & 2 days work from home)
- This internship entails a 12 months contract duration

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate and provides support to stakeholders;
- Spend reports analisys;
- Project sourcing: RFQ/offers analisys, alignment with stakeholders, negotiation of small value projects respecting Garrett policy;
- PO creation and monitoring
- Invoice resolution follow up with suppliers and finance;
- Provide first line of support to the stakeholders on the Req/PO creation in the system
- Supplier risk management reporting(D&B);
- Ensure compliance to company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures;

Internship Indirect buyer will collaborate and provide support to purchasing department for selection and procurement of products associated with the commodity. Will be responsible with negotiation of small value projects; research of new suppliers; Deliver briefs, updates and reports as and when required; Offline contracts upload.
