Compliance Officer

In order to be successful in this position you must have:

Experience in automotive industry – preferably quality, testing or product management;
High level of engagement and willingness to develop new processes;
Good understanding of legal framework for compliance process implementation;
Knowledge of compliance management standards;
Detail oriented and structured approach;
Work experience in a multicultural environment;
Good command of English;
Strong skills in the use of Excel and PowerPoint.

Your Responsibilities:
You will be working within HELLA Corporate Center Romania which operates and administrates the company's business divisions.
Your main tasks will be:

Development and continuous optimization of the compliance methodology for aftermarket products;
Identification, monitoring and mitigation of compliance risks;
Support function for product related business processes from a compliance perspective;
Management of compliance requirements for new product launches;
Efficient communication with external business providers;
Collecting and processing compliance documents to ensure fulfillment of global product related legal requirements;
Act as trainer for internal customers on defined compliance topics.
