Customer Contact Center (CCC) Quality Specialist

Do you have a strong interest in owned channels, lead generation sources and Customer Journeys? We are looking for a highly motivated person with a customer centric approach who will be at the forefront of developing an omni-channel communication approach to join our team! 

What do you need?

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer Relations/Marketing positions and passionate about Customer Experience management;
• Experience in Lead & Care marketing or customer relations is a plus;
• Quality optimization techniques via related tools, preferably at both strategic and operational level;
• Proven experience of using and interpretation of data to drive your decision making, create plans and affect change;
• A solid understanding of Inbound & Outbound Campaign Management and CRM operations;
• Experience of successfully managing external agencies and suppliers;
• Strong project management skills;
• Highly developed organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Very good (verbal and written) communication and interpersonal skills;
• Demonstrated ability to work productively and maintain effective relationship within different teams;
• Pro-active attitude and good problem solving skills;
• Outcome-focused, and proactive about identifying new opportunities;
• Experience to work with remote teams also;
• Customer orientation - Self-motivated yet customer-focused;
• Competency in using Microsoft Office and Quality Measurements Tools; University / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, PR, Communications or related areas;
• English advanced; B Category driving license.
