Azure API Management Owner

  Autoliv saves 30 000 lives per year with our current product portfolio of airbags, seatbelts and steering wheels. Enhancing safety for the car, Autoliv is on a journey to save even more lives and working to digitalize many of its operations. As one initiative in driving this, we are looking for an APIM specialist with the role of taking ownership of and driving the global roll out of our APIM platform, together with defining APIM standards in the rollout and operational process. Responsibilities and Activities

• Responsible for managing APIs for the organization. Acts as a resource to developer teams as they add, modify, delete, and revise APIs managed by the API Gateway.
• Responsible for the APIM platform and API on-boarding.
• Provide support and coaching to developer teams in design and development of REST APIs, and creation of API documentation.
• Lead activities in identifying and onboarding developer teams for managing their APIs on the API Management (APIM) platform. Promote the platform and APIs for consumption by internal end-users. Optimizing the developer experience.
• Define and implement the security architecture for APIs.
• Monitors, manages, and troubleshoots the API Gateway. Oversees deployment of API configurations.
• Deploys API Gateway configurations using scripts.
• Virtualizes APIs and develops policies (security, integration, SLA monitoring, or transformation) for APIs.
• Ensures proper access to the APIs, including developers and end-users.
• Involved in setting-up and managing DevOps deployment of APIs and APIM platform.
• Standardize the CI/CD setup for APIM tools and automated deployment.
• Create and maintain a strategy and roadmap for APIM

• Designing & delivering API solutions on Azure. Strong Hands-On development experience.
• Experience with API Lifecycle management including documentation.
• Experience designing, deploying, and supporting production cloud environments, such as Microsoft Azure.
