BI Developer - MIS & Reporting

Requirements:

University degree in IT field;
Fluent English, both spoken and written;
Good knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL;
Knowledge of any BI tool (Business Objects or Panorama) is a plus;
Familiar with OLAP technologies;
Agile, thinking out of the box; very good communications skills;
Proven ability to coach junior developers;
Team worker, quick learner, innovative, able to meet tight deadlines for regular or on demand requirements;
Good knowledge of reporting principles and reporting software applications;
Banking experience in a similar position or in performing similar tasks.

Responsibilities:

Develop ETL Processes;
Develop interfaces from and to other bank systems;
Develop reports using Oracle PL/SQL and/or Business Objects;
Evolve the existing Business Intelligence (BI) solutions;
Participate in Architecture design process;
Parameterize and use reporting BI software applications and databases in order to achieve business information requirements;
Create and maintain the technical documentation of MIS reports and software applications/databases;
Participate in reports design and review proposed solution to ensure it meets accuracy, performance, usability and business requirements;
Propose and implement methods to monitor, control and improve the reporting activities.
