CAM Engineer

• Higher technical studies (ideally mechanical engineering);
• Previous experience in a similar position (process / production), in the industrial / automotive environment - 1 year;
• Previous experience in working with AutoCAD;
• Capability to read and interpret technical drawings;
• Good communication and relationship skills;
• English– intermediate level – advanced (both written and spoken).

• Defines the electronic version of textile / leather models and their processing according to specific equipment;
• Achieves efficient placement of parts on the material layer, contributing to the achievement of the MUV (Material Usage Variance);
• Contributes on the evaluation, acquisition and installing process to several equipment and matrix, necessaries for the cutting process according to the specifications received from customers;
• Calculates the necessary equipment for each type of product;
• Calculates material consumption and cutting;
• Determines technological cutting parameters of the equipment following the realised evaluation by the process auditor;
• Defines documentation for the negotiation of prices for the new equipment
• Ensures the creation of cutting templates;
• Ensures the implementation in process to the new production technologies;
• Improves the material cutting layout, following the study of capabilities.
