• We are looking for Lead UX Designer to join the Compliance and Surveillance Team in a leading bank.
• You are someone who has experience in designing experiences for complex applications, data visualisation, design systems.
• You will be a Lead UX Designer who understands, UX, VD, design systems and technology.
• You will be advocating for the users need but also be able to translate it into reality and help others do the same.
• Experience in creating desktop applications.
• Self–motivated, responsible and dedicated worker.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively.
• Able to work in a dynamic environment, with time schedules.
• Good communication skills.

• Conducting user research and testing
• Use Sketch to create wireframes and task flows based on user needs
• Collaborating with Business, Designers and Developers to create intuitive, user-friendly software
