    Who are you and what kind of soft skills are we looking for?
    - At least 2 years in an IT operational environment with on public/private cloud;
    - At least 1 year experience on Big Data Platforms;
    - At least 1 year in a leadership role like Change Manager / Release Manager or operational tech lead;
    Experience with system infrastructure (IAAS / PAAS);
    - Know how on Big Data tech suite (HDFS, Hive, Spark, Kafka, Nifi);
    - Experience with AWS Redshift or similar;
    - Experience with ETL flows and tools (Informatica would be a plus);
    - Project Management (agile scrum & waterfall);
    - Leadership;
    - Analytical thinking;
    - Change driver with a "can do" attitude.
