    In 2021 DKV opened an IT Center in Bucharest.
    The Web Service Department of DKV is currently migrating from the previous legacy systems to the new Azure Cloud Infrastructure in order to provide customers with new digital products based on the core services.

    With this migration all Services and Applications are also being taken over, hence the Web Service Department Teams are working on achieving a smooth transition of the processes.

    The DKV IT Center in Bucharest has a vital role for the Web Service Department as it provides new international team members with the required energy and passion to achieving their goals.

    Your profile:

    • You have successfully completed a degree in business administration or a degree relevant to the position, e.g. in (business) informatics
    • Your business fluent knowledge of spoken and written English is ideally complemented by very good knowledge of another language, e.g. German or French
    • In order to get off to a flying start, you should have at least 3 years of relevant work experience. You should be familiar with the administration and further development of CRM and omnichannel systems in the customer service environment. Ideally, your experience includes Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Genesys PureCloud systems
    • You are an expert in the administration of customer service systems and also have a basic IT understanding of software architectures, databases and interface technologies
    • Daily challenges, questioning the status quo, a fast-paced environment - THIS is exactly your thing. You like to familiarize yourself with complex structures without losing sight of the goal

    Responsabilitati

    Your tasks:
    • You are the product owner of the tools and systems in DKV Customer Service. Your ultimate goal is to actively drive our ongoing transformation towards best-in-class customer service with the best possible technology. In order to achieve your goal, you use our IT system partners the best way possible and you don't shy away from getting involved yourself at the configuration level
    • You are responsible for managing complex (sub-)projects related to the further development of tools and systems in DKV Customer Service. You will successfully draw on your experience in the implementation of RFPs and the integration/migration of tools and systems in the customer service environment
    • You are responsible for driving forward automation in DKV Customer Service. Platforms and tools such as UiPath and Power Automate are more than just a distant concept to you
    • You act as a link between our international customer service experts and our internal and external IT system partners. In close cooperation with all stakeholders, you define and independently manage requirements for optimizing the tools and systems in DKV Customer Service
