    Requirements

    Great communication skills, both written and verbal;
    Mandatory advanced level of German language (B2+/C1);
    Good knowledge of MS Office package (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
    Equivalent knowledge and experience using ERP systems (SAP preferential);
    Client support/customer service experience;
    Focus on customer satisfaction;
    Detailed oriented and problem-solving skills;
    Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, process-driven environment;
    Ability to learn fast and adapt easily.

    Responsibilities

    Key operational responsibilities:
    Inbound & Outbound Customer Service: Answer incoming calls, perform outbound calls, and provide resolutions to customer's requests;
    Customer complaints & Query Management: Analyze complaints and requests from customers and propose solutions;
    Asset Management (ICC Maintenance): Daily preparation of general asset reports; Credit Limits Control: Extract and analyze credit limit usage report; Blocking/Unblocking: Receive and process unblocking requests;
    Debt Collection: Extract and analyze outstanding debts report for specific customers; Document processing via mail and electronic mail: Receive, verify, and process, monthly, all the documents received from Germany, according to the procedures and contracts concluded with the customers;
    Reporting: Performing info e-mails, preparing, and running periodic reports and analysis related to processes.
