Requirements Manager

You have a degree in Computer Science, Electronics or similar
You have profound knowledge and background in requirements engineering or SW engineering, ideally in automotive domain.
You are experienced in the SW development process, ideally with a successful history in ASPICE projects
You have experience with requirement management tools, Enterprise Architect
You are experienced in Jira, Excel, xml
You have an autonomous, structured and self-reliant way of working
You have an outgoing, self-confident personality and team player capabilities
You enjoy working in an international environment across different locations
You have good skills in English language

Support of the EB Tresos Requirements Management and Engineering team
Import AUTOSAR documents and prepare them for analysis by the experts
Establish customer requirements baseline
Answer questions of the teams regarding categorization and detailed analysis of requirements in tool usage as well as in technical editing/designing requirements
Monitor the traceability report of the product
Maintain the JIRA queue that contains the PD (product description) and support the teams in updating the data
Monitor the systematic analysis of requirements (risk, feasibility, testability) acc. to the established requirements management plan
Implement process/strategy changes in requirements management (update the strategy document) and organize the rollout (knowledge sharing and support of teams)
