    Requirements

    - Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Public Relations or equivalent academic
    experience;
    - Preferably 2-3 years of experience in IT recruiting (SW/ Hardware/Mechanics/ System);
    - Very good active sourcing skills;
    - Good planning and organizing ability, team work, creativity;
    - Good networker and excellent communication skills in social media environment;
    - Reliable person with high trust value, able to work independently on projects;
    - Good English skills, both written and spoken;
    - Employer branding experience in the IT field is highly appreciated.

    Responsibilities

    - Understand the specific requirements for the ongoing positions and collaborate with decision-makers in
    order to find the best candidates matching the openings;
    - Create job ads, promote the company and job opportunities in social media environment;
    - Develop and implement resourcing and selection strategies;
    - Monitor applicants, maintain candidate records and history, provide feedbacks and maintain a strong
    network to ensure the pipeline for future opportunities;
    - Provide complete and accurate information to applicants about the company and position, in a manner
    that inspires interest and document their progress through the selection process;
    - Conduct efficient and professional selection process and drive offer process, salary recommendations
    and negotiations;
    - Keep necessary statistics for every realized project, based on accepted indicators;
    - Represent the company in events ex: Job Fairs
    - Prepare and submit various periodical reports.
    - Guides employees and supervisors in HR related matters (supports in decisionmaking & and acts as
    consultant).
    - Leads them to the right point of contact and promotes the full portfolio of HR related services (e.g.
    payroll, data administration, recruiting);
    - Ensures consistent application and compliance of defined HR Policies, Programs and Procedures;
