Functional Safety Engineer

University degree - Computer Science, Automatic Control and Computer Engineering, Electronics or similar;
- Deep knowledge of ISO26262
- Good understanding of AUTOSAR architecture
- 2-3 years of experience on safety relevant projects
- 1-2 years in a position as SW functional safety coordinator
- Very good English language skills (spoken and written). German language will be a plus.

- Understand vehicle and system safety goals/requirements
- Derive SW functional safety requirements out of ECU/System safety requirements
- Ensure support for implementation of SW safety requirements
Supporting for:
- creation of the SW functional safety concept (part of SW architecture)
- creation of the safety analysis and of Dependent Failure Analysis (DFA)
- creation of the HW failure related safety mechanisms and evaluate their effectiveness
