Retention Manager

De aproape 22 ani, lantul de magazine Profi se dezvolta continuu, in ritm accelerat. Este aproape de pragul de 1.500 de magazine in peste 681 de localitati, si urmeaza sa deschida sute de noi magazine in urmatorii ani.
Profi este cel mai mare angajator privat din Romania, care se mandrește cu peste 2.000 de colegi promovati anual.
In 2021 Profi a introdus un nou concept de magazin – care, in baza succesului de care se bucura, urmeaza sa se extinda in intreaga retea – lucru ce puncteaza inca un pas important in evoluția companiei.
Povestea Profi nu are sfarsit ci doar capitole noi, ce prind contur alaturi de toti colegii nostri si anunta transformari insemnate!

-exceptional analytical skills, with relevant experience in data analysis and drawing reports,
-excellent verbal and written communication skills,
-relevant experience in a similar position, minimum two years,
-must have strong problem solving and decision-making skills,
-ability to implement strategies, according to timeline,
-project manager experience.

-design retention programs that align with the company’s strategic plan;
-ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation;
-identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees;
-conduct research on employee satisfaction (using surveys and quantitative data);
-keep track of prevailing pay rates and make sure we offer competitive compensation plans;
-structure compensation in ways that will yield the highest value for the organization;
-analyze, evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee compensation program;
-support automation of workflow between teams;
-visiting business units; checking implementation of HR projects at BU level; proposing engagement programs and making sure of their implementation, follow-up;
-writing and presenting retention reports.
