    Qualifications

    Who you are:

    • You have experience in HR administration (3 years+), preferably within the technical / IT / Automotive industry;
    • You have good knowledge of the Romanian Labor Code;

    You would be a perfect match to our team if:

    • You are highly organized with experience in hands-on activities;
    • You are proactive and you adapt easily to new development environment, but don't worry, we will be there every step of the way, supporting each other;
    • You are self-motivated and take ownership of your tasks and projects;

    • You are a communicative, reliable person who likes to take responsibility for his/her actions;

    The languages you should know:

    • English - a good level is mandatory;

    Job Description

    Our team is happy to welcome you. Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join the team:

    • You will prepare all HR specific documents (for hiring, changes during employment, certificates and ending of contracts);
    • You will maintain the relationship with the new employees in the pre-employment phase to ensure the needed employment documents, including signing the contracts with the new colleagues;
    • You will maintain up-to-date the personnel and employment data in the HR system;
    • You will include the personnel and employment data in the IT system;
    • You will track the documents needed for the personnel file;
    • You will keep a close collaboration with the other HR colleagues locally and at country level;
