What are we looking for?
▪ Very good knowledge of spoken and written German
▪ English communication skills
▪ Customer-oriented support and advice as well as ensuring customer satisfaction
▪ At least 1 year of professional experience in a German-speaking customer support role (in any industry)
▪ Telephone support for our business customers
▪ Advice on travel products such as flights, trains, rental cars, hotels via Amadeus
▪ Assistance to travelers during unexpected travel difficulties, . flight delay, bad weather, etc.
▪ After-sales support for customer inquiries, . cancellations, complaints, rebooking's
