    Cerinte

    • Fluent in English (oral and written)
    • Familiarity with social media, HR systems,
    • Customer service focus and strong interpersonal skills required
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Strong verbal/written skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to consistently deliver high quality customer service in a professional manner
    • Taking initiative in a proactive manner to improve own and team work practices

    Responsabilitati

    • Partner with hiring managers to identify current and future recruitment needs
    • Determine optimal job advertising mix, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks.
    • Craft sourcing strategies through online channels
    • Manage job requisitions in Workday and selects predefined selection tools, methods and channels
    • Plan interviews and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews;
    • Work with Managers to prepare for and facilitate interviews and feedback provision – act as a trusted advisor for managers on ways of working and recruitment guidelines and providing expertise where required.
    • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details;
    • Provide support in designing job descriptions and prepare interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements;
    • Foster excellent candidates experience
    • Consistently grow the candidate pipeline, filling it with high calibre candidates through multiple sourcing channels.
    • Assist in compiling reports, make recommendations on continuous improvement efforts, track effectiveness of sourcing methods
    • Ensure the brand’s commitment to diversity is reflected in candidate selection processes and outcomes.
    • Research business sector industry competitors to be aware of market conditions and be able to identify and source potential passive candidates.
