  About you

When you can’t fall asleep, you count the distinct rows of a table instead of sheep? When asked about relationship advise, first thing that comes to your mind is: „one-to-many definitely, avoid many-to-many relationships!” You cut your teeth on Power BI, Tableau, data visualizations for insight, data modeling, relational databases (SQL) and/or Python, R or any other data oriented language ? If you answered Yes! to any of the above, then this opportunity might be for you.


Your Role

The BI Analyst serves as a BI support expert responsible for Digital solutions. The BI Analyst acts as the first point of escalation for the resolution of BI solutions related incidents, service requests and access issues.


Things You Will Do

• Provide first-line investigation and diagnosis.
• Resolve and close incidents and service requests as per internal procedures and allocated timelines.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and service requests within agreed timescales.
• Communicate with customer regarding incident progress.
• Ensure tickets are updated at all times until issues are resolved.
• Conduct customer satisfaction callbacks and surveys.
• Liaise with customers, other IT support groups and third-party providers when necessary.
• Work closely with the development team to understand the solutions to be sustained and the critical aspects of them
• Work on clearing the light technical debt
• Be the primary  point of contact for the SMEs
• Work with other Digital team colleagues to ensure that tests and tracking are configured correctly for reporting and optimisation.
• Review design issues with the main developer.

• Basic knowledge of Data Modeling and Visualizations in Power BI.
• Basic knowledge of Power Platform technologies.
• Bachelors in Business Analytics or computer science.
• Issue resolution.
