Junior Disbursement Clerk Intern

• Degree in Finance
• Entry level experience in accounting
• Very good English
• SAP knowledge is an advantage.

• Manual payments (routine and ad hoc) – for invoices, taxes, fees and licenses via bank platforms or SAP
• Urgent payment processing in SAP
• Responsible for all AP processes in the location
• Uploading invoices via 1-click/SAP for ACCN processing
• Bank recon
• Assistance regarding the coding for invoices/taxes
• Any ad-hoc request Treasury related
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proves intercultural adaptability and sensitivity
• Loyalty, commitment, engagement and confidentiality
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with all organizational levels
• Required to handle a large volume of work and data entry.

Your internship would be a paid program, with a labor contract for a period of 6 months, 8 hrs /day with the possibility to become a permanent colleague of ours
