- University degree;
- Previous banking experience of minimum two years in product development and/or business development or previous banking experience of minimum four years on selling Retail products;
- Knowledge of specific banking legislation;
- Good knowledge of English both written ans spoken;
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Power point;
- Team player with strong ethics.

- Monitors the bank's profitability on the RETAIL segment and adjust the pricing policies and / or the action plan to achieve the objectives;
- Develops and implements the sales strategy for the core customers, products and services dedicated to Individuals, in accordance with the Bank's policies;
- Performs market studies regarding banking products / services and makes proposals in order to improve the bank's product portfolio;
- Design all type of products dedicated to retail customers (credit, deposits, other products and services);
- Develops norms, procedures and flows in accordance with legal framework and internal requirements;
- Continuously improves the existing flows and processes in order to increase customer satisfactions and sales efficiency;
- Monitors Retail products lifecycle and performs necessary changes;
- Initiates and develops agreements with third parties;
