    Cerinte

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting / finance / public administration etc.;
    • Experience with vendor / facility management;
    • Experience with finance / admin / reporting ;
    • Good understanding of corporate structures;
    • Exposure to ISO standards and procedures;
    • Very good written and verbal communication skills;
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills;
    • Independent thinking and a proactive attitude;
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
    • Proficiency in English

    Responsabilitati

    • Management of the facility / Managing the Vendors for up keeping of facility;
    • Workstation and electricity management, ensuring 100% up time of facility.;
    • Handling vendors related to security, photocopiers, printers, fax and other office equipment.;
    • Ensuring compliance to Info security related to administration such as physical security, access cards etc.;
    • Adherence to ISO standards and controls;
    • Preparation of cash register, cash claim forms, PO etc.;
    • Coordinating, monitoring and organizing the labor protection (SSM and PSI) periodical activities;
    • Coordination with employees and vendors;
    • Coordination with the ISO team;
