    Qualifications

    Who you are:

    • You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Automation Electronics and Telecommunications, Informatics, Mathematics or comparable
    • You have experience in rail business and rail norms or comparable experience in automotive or aviation
    • You have experience with safety critical systems with deterministic and especially non-deterministic systems
    • You have knowledge about more recent safety approaches for non-deterministic systems like SOTIF
    • You have knowledge about driver assistance or automated driving systems based on surround sensors
    • You are very experienced and have in-depth knowledge of rail processes, standards and regulations
    • Ideally would be if you have experience in national or international work groups or standard committees within the above topics
    • You are used to finding pragmatic, but formally sound solutions
    • You have been in a role with overview of software development

    • You will be responsible for safety conform development according to SIL EN 50657 and EN 5012x for multi-component environment sensing systems
    • You will be the interface between development team and assessor
    • You will define safety plans and suggests solutions regarding redundancy, diversity, and component SILs which minimize development efforts
    • You will be responsible for RAMS topics within the surround sensing projects
