Required Experience

Are you what we are looking for? then you should present the Skills and approach:
• 3-5 years of experience with all aspects of project management practice, including a strong track record of project delivery for medium to large, cross functional, and complex projects;

• Previous experience driving effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across disparate groups with competing priorities;

• Strong organizational ability and keen attention to detail, with strong prioritization skills;

• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills;

• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision;

• Strong computer skills, very proficient with MS Office applications. Experience using MS Project and Excel is a strong plus;

• SaaS implementation experience and Project Management certification is required;

• Agile process experience is a plus;

• English language is mandatory( written & speaking at C1-C2 level)

Position Overview: Ascensos Bucharest Support teams is seeking a dynamic, hyper organized, detail-driven individual to join our growing team as a Project Manager. In this exciting role, the new colleague will oversee different project implementations the from project initiation to closure.

Please take note that this is a Fixed Term 6 months opportunity. There is a possibility of extension to permanent contract after the 6 months have passed, depending on business development and personal performance.

Responsibilities
• Develop milestone documents and full scale project plans

• Ensure projects meet internal and top management expectations with respect to quality, scope, delivery time lines, and strategy.

• Identify, track, manage and mitigate project risks.

• Assemble, coordinate, direct and support the support teams.

• Proactively document and manage project issues and problems as they arise.

• Be able to manage all expectations and communicate effectively to all stakeholders, from senior management to support team members.

• Consistently monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
