1-2 years previous professional experience in Service Desk
PC skills (basic knowledge of hardware handling and maintaining, MS Office, Windows Operating System, Installing/uninstalling software);
Basic Networking knowledge
Ability to work under pressure;
Availability to work in shifts (morning and afternoon);
Good level of English;
Good Communication Skills;
Technical University Degree;
UNIX, SQL, Microsoft Access, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory knowledge it’s a plus but not mandatory;
Driving license: B category.
For our client, international courier, package delivery, and express mail service company, we are recruiting an IT Help Desk Officer.
The Help Desk Officer will be ensuring the proper functioning of IT equipment, providing technical support for the company's employees.
Offering primary help desk support (troubleshoot, investigate, report, follow-up)
Executing technical daily procedures as per business requirements;
Checking the information system functionality;
Assisting users in order to perform daily, weekly and monthly procedures that require IT support;
Supporting user’s requests regarding PC’s matter;
Solving IT related problems or redirecting them to the relevant IT specialist;
Recording and documenting Service Desk calls and escalating them accordingly to the actual procedures.
