Master Data Analyst - 12 months contract

12 months determinate contract;
Maintains an enhanced TCE through proactive communication and handling as well as a high level of data quality;
Ad new vendors in the system;
Creating BOM's;
Performs front office activities such as invoicing and fleet maintenance;
Handles customer request and emails;
Assures interface between partners, support sales, credit & collections, support business, delivery, process development and the customer. Makes sure that all the questions are answered in the agreed deadline;
Takes over activities assigned by the manager;
Analyzes processes and business cases in order to provide solutions for improvement;
Active involvement in solving non-standard cases for solutions.

A bachelor's degree in any stream;
MS Excel knowledge;
Good Communication Skills;
3 to 4 years in Procurement or Order Management - Master data domain;
Understanding of Supply chain activities;
Experience using ERP systems – preferably SAP;
Awareness of Master Data Management best practise methodology;
Highly Quality focused with excellent attention to detail;
Ability to work on detailed repetitive tasks;
Methodical with a process orientated approach to work;
Excellent customer service / communication skills;
Self-motivating and able to prioritise own workload;
Team player with a pro-active approach to work and an open and enquiring mind;
Experience within the food or beverage sector preferred Contract Administration;
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage job responsibilities in a virtual environment with minimal supervision;
Strong interpersonal and influential skills;
Proven ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal internal customers;
Strong analytical, problem solving skills and ability to think strategically.
