    A good understanding of e-commerce and consumer electronic market is a MANDATORY!

    For our client, a leading consumer electronics, we are looking for a National Key Account Manager (B2B) to support the growth of the activities within the Romania market and to improve the customer experience. One of the main objectives of the future NKAM will be to initiate and develop collaboration with EMAG.

    Key responsibilities

    - Defines objectives in terms of profitability, turnover, and volumes
    - Defines the Marketing operations in line with the Marketing Director
    - Prepares, support, and coach the KAMs team
    - Collects information about competitors
    - For key customers, defines and builds OEM ranges or Privat Label
    - Ensures achievement of sales objectives and profitability
    - Develops trust relationships with major customers and generates sustainable business value long-term (retailers/wholesalers)
    - Assists in formulating the overall go-to-market strategy (price, product positioning, promotion, and channel strategy) of the company;
    - Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
    - In collaboration with the Product Management, ensure that sales are in line with expectations: analyze and simulate the sales, based on market research and standard tools (GFK / IFR)
    - Provide support to the Product Manager, the After Sales Manager, and the Department QTC

    Responsibilities

    Required skills and experience

    - Advanced English: spoken and written
    - Ability to deliver results with a lot of autonomy
    - Strong analytical skills
    - A good understanding of the e-commerce environment is a MUST!
    - Extensive connections in the consumer electronics industry
    - Basic knowledge of electronics
    - Prior experience within the EMAG marketplace is a BIG PLUS!
    - Prior experience within the consumer goods industry is mandatory!
