    Qualifications

    Who you are:

    • You have proven work experience in an L&D role for at least 3 years.
    • You have excellent knowledge of the adult learning theories and you know from practice what works and what doesn't.
    • You have excellent presentation skills.
    • You are a creative person and passionate about people development.
    • You enjoy helping others grow.
    • You are a life-long learner yourself.
    • You like to read and stay informed on the L&D trends and predictions for the future.
    • You are self-driven and autonomous.

    You would be a perfect match to our team if:

    • You have strong persuasion skills.
    • You have excellent judgment and conflict management skills.
    • You have a technical background, especially IT related, and you are tech savvy.
    • You have a broad and deep understanding of the L&D field.

    Your main mission will be to support the development of a learning culture, where people have a life-long learning mindset and are responsible for their personal and professional development. You should be able to cover both strategical and operational topics.

    Our team is very happy to welcome you. Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join the team:

    • You will have to understand in depth the tasks, concerns and challenges of our learners, and design custom learning solutions that match all those needs.
    • You will design blended learning solutions and development programs according to the 5Di model.
    • You will curate content and design learning projects to help learners upskill and reskill.
    • You will facilitate learning & workshop events.
    • You will actively support the competence development process
    • You will build a learning community where people are active and support each other in the learning process.
