SENIOR DEVELOPER (KAFKA), Location: Bucharest/Cluj-Napoca

Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

- Between 5 to 10+ years as developer or Tech Lead.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills
- Great understanding of Kafka Architecture.
- Great experience with design, code and unit-testing.
- Technology stack: web Methods, Sybase database, Unix programs, SQL programs, Informatica – for ETL or any Maestro.

- Learn applications to be replaced or decommissioned (CAS, CaRs, Cashbook).
- Partner with Solution Architect to provide recommendations for replacement solutions where needed.
- Support the necessary development work to implement recommended solutions.
- Establish and execute plan to decommission applications where applicable.
- Ongoing dev support (defects and enhancements) for solutions implemented.
