• University or technical college degree in business administration, business informatics, logistics or a comparable qualification;
• 1-2 years experience in the field of supply chain management or in working on large projects (preferably agile);
• A high level of analytical and conceptual thinking skills;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Proficiency in spoken and written English;
• Willingness to travel 20 - 40% (mainly across Romania).
• Analysis of the customer financial flow - AR, AP, GL;
• Development and documentation of solution concepts based on customer requirements;
• Project work and management in a cross-functional team;
• Configuration and parameterization of the software solution;
• Customer training in the specialist area;
• Active management of customer relationships.
You play a key role in the financial area. You analyze the customer requirements, develop specific proposals for solutions and map the requirements in the ERP software. For software adjustments, you work with our professional and experienced software developers as the first point of contact.
You will conduct key user training courses for the customer service department and support them with software implementation and post go-live support.
