    · Minim 1 an experienta pe o pozitie similara;

    · Experienta in colaborarea cu clientii prin intermediul canalului de chat;

    · Persoana dinamica cu initiativa si cu capacitate de a lua decizii prompte;

    · Gandire analitica si orientata spre rezolvarea problemelor, atentie la detalii;

    · Abilitati de planificare si organizare;

    · Bune abilitati de comunicare si coordonare;

    · Excel - nivel mediu;

    · Orientare catre client;

    · Studii superioare finalizate.

    Responsabilitati

    Care va fi rolul tau in echipa Tazz by eMAG:

    · Monitorizezi zilnic activitatea agentilor, pentru a te asigura ca sunt indepliniti indicatorii de performanta;

    · Comunici periodic (lunar/trimestrial/semestrial/anual) sau ad-hoc rezultatele evaluarii performantei agentilor din subordine, asigurandu-te de comunicarea clara si transparenta a rezultatelor;

    · Monitorizezi activitatea echipei/departamentului, propui solutii concrete si participi in mod direct la implementarea solutiilor care duc la cresterea gradul de satisfactie a clientilor fata de serviciile companiei;

    · Gestionezi, ghidezi si oferi suport membrilor echipei;

    · Intocmesti si analizezi rapoarte pentru a identifica constant noi moduri de lucru in vederea eficientizarii activatatii echipei, in concordanta cu obiectivele departamentului;

    · Pastrezi legatura cu departementele conexe pentru a asigura buna desfasurare a activitatii;

    · Te asiguri de furnizarea la cele mai inalte standarde de politete si profesionalism a serviciilor de informare a clientilor eMAG, existenţi si potentiali.
