    With these skills, you are a great candidate:

    At least 2 years’ experience working in an IT Project environment
    Strong experience in Financial and Approval processes
    Well-developed reporting knowledge
    Strong analytical skills and mindset
    Strong communication and decision-making skills with the ability to balance conflicting interests
    Expertise in supporting team facilitation and management tools, e.g. JIRA/Confluence, Service-Now, MS Project
    Strong stakeholder management
    Strong time-management skills, and comfortable working under pressure
    Self-motivation and self-discipline
    Experience of working in large multi-national, matrix-based organisations
    Strong understanding of both the current Telecommunications and digital services market and emerging business and technology trends
    Fluent in English
    Financial management skills
    Project management skills (Agile, Prince2, PMI)
    ITIL Foundation or relevant experience
    Excel
    Jira & Confluence
    Nice to have technical / professional qualifications:
    SaFe Agile
    Networking/Computer Science engineering degree or relevant experience

    Responsabilitati

    With these activities, you will have a great impact on our business:

    Check project submissions on completeness, advise requestors when clarifications are needed and reflect open issues back to requestors
    Collaborate with Vendor Managers to ensure contracts are managed effectively and all approvals are in place
    Create and communicate the submissions agenda to the relevant audience
    Discuss the weekly agenda over recurrent alignment meetings with all parties involved (budget managers, vendor managers etc.) and record and communicate all decisions made
    Open and follow up Action items with other teams involved in the approval process
    Manage changes occurred after approval is granted on a project.
    Introduce data in Demand and Financial management (DFM) tool when the request is not covered by standard processes (independent approval lines)
    Propose improvements for financial process, focusing on reducing manual work and increasing digitalization and automation
    Address improvement ideas to Delivery Governance team for review
    Accountable for defining, documenting, and maintaining all Approval & governance processes
    Evaluate new business requirements related to the Approval & Governance process
    Coordinate Project Governance Activities with direct impact on projects budget approval
    Official communications announcing financial process changes towards the relevant audience
    Knowledge sharing: Participating to recurrent knowledge sharing sessions with Programme/Project manager community, consulting them though the approval process improvements and changes
