    Required Skills:

    • University degree in Law;
    • 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar position;
    • The ability to plan and prioritize workloads in order to meet deadlines is fundamental;
    • The candidate should be confident, having the ability to operate in a dynamic environment;
    • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication (both verbal and written);
    • Highly organized, analytical, task focused in a fast-moving environment;
    • Advantage: experience in technology companies;
    • Computer literate;
    • Fluency in English;


    Position Summary:

    • Identifies potential risks (including competition-law related risks) for the development of projects with impact at company level (including transversal);
    • Research and analyze state laws, regulations, and purchasing department guidelines, applies policy text, company practices, filings, and hypothetical / factual situations;
    • Keeps up to date with the most recent changes in legislation and informs the company departments;
    • Represents the company in front of authorities regarding legal aspects;
    • Issues legal opinion regarding contracts and other legal matters;
    • Ensures that all rules and regulations of the company are compliant with the legislation in force;
    • Ensures legal support to the assigned departments;
    • Prepares analysis and reporting related to the activity, according to ad-hoc requests from internal clients or top management;
    • Proactively proposes mitigation measures for the identified risks.
