    Requirements

    • Economic or Technical university degree
    • Solid experience in supply chain, especially in warehouse processes
    • Solid experience in team coordination and excellent people management skills
    • Previous experience in process optimization, ERP’s implementation or optimization
    • Excellent command of English
    • Advanced PC skills (SAP or any other ERP)
    • Strong communication skills
    • Drive, proactivity and a focus on continuous improvement, International mindset, Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, Strategic Vision
    • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization and a team player to work collaboratively with all levels
    • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges

    Responsibilities

    • Provides the Supply Chain interface between customers and suppliers
    • Ensures the quality of deliveries to customers and suppliers in terms of terms, quantities and costs
    • Ensures the accuracy of inventories for the total stock of the factory
    • Sets and validates together with the General Manager the inventory objective for the factory;
    • Guarantees the compliance of IT systems and sets logistical parameters (planning, lead times, etc.)
    • Management and prioritization of customer orders over production capacity constraints
    • Coordinates the supply of material for production
    • Organization, monitoring and control (with the help of his team) of all physical flows in the plant, from raw materials to finished products, including the part of returnable packaging, transport for raw materials and indirect materials
    • Responsible for organizing, adapting and maintaining the human and physical organization in the warehouse;
    • Organizing and controlling internal and external transports, in order to ensure the best services with the lowest possible costs;
    • Makes the connection between Logistics and Production;
    • Carrying out internal inventory audits;
    • Recommends, develops and implements actions for continuous improvement of the logistics system, procedures, policies, activities and reports.
    • Ensures the implementation of SAP and other warehouse ERP's
    • Helps and assists the Logistics department in solving problems
    • Presents the results/KPI's of the Logistics department through reports, sketches or presentations.
    • Focus on continuous and permanent improvement
    • Implement all standards required
    • Set goals, priorities and allocate resources to achieve goals.
