CRM EXECUTIVE

The ideal candidate:

- Experience with database and Excel
- Good computer skills
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in the CRM related role
- Experience of working with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Optimove or others)
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritize workload
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to details
- Compliance with deadlines
- Creative and solution finder
- Experience in gambling industry is a plus

Responsibilities:

- Manage the building, scheduling, testing and optimization of ad-hoc and automated campaigns through all channels. (SMS, PUSH NOTIFICATION, EMAIL)
- Ensure all day-to-day communications are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities.
- Assist in the planning, delivering and performance reporting ( weekly and monthly) of CRM campaigns.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure the CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business.
- Coming up with creative ideas, preparing proposals, and continuously improve campaigns performance.
