-excellent verbal and writing communication skills,
-outstanding organizational and time management skills,
-able to adapt quickly, handle multiple task and prioritize,
-discrete, reserved and able to handle business with the highest level of confidence,
-good knowledge of Office, Power Point, Excel.
-Coordinate calendar, travel, meeting and schedule arrangements for the Head of Acquisitions. Includes initiating contact and securing appointments, equipment and facilities;
-Administrative and functional activities;
-Maintaining business files;
-Handles financial and accounting matters for the Head of Acquisitions with confidentiality;
-Analyze the results of the costs by categories;
-Request price offers from suppliers;
-Prepares and sends business correspondence.
