    • University degree - able to approach topics both from an operational, tactical and strategic perspective
    • 3-5 years’ experience as e-commerce key account manager with a track record in increasing online business numbers and implementation of online marketing strategy
    • Relevant experience in B2C e-commerce
    • E-commerce is your second language and you are able to understand the end-to-end process behind an online channel
    • Experience in driving data-base (CRM) monetization via our own D2C channel
    • Online media know-how is a plus, especially digital performance based strategy
    • Excellent communication skills, able to convince others and a strong customer focus experience
    • Able to shape, has thought-leadership
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Excellent English and computer literate (Excel; Power Point)
    • A natural solution-provider, managing his/her workload in an efficient and structured manner.


    • Works closely with the e-Commerce manager to design & implement our e-commerce strategy to deliver the sales and consumer specific KPIs
    • Sets up the targets (annual/quarterly/monthly) for D2C channel towards achieving agreed business aims, including sales, costs, marketing mix, pricing and margins
    • Develops and implements Account Plans for assigned D2C account according to the agreed templates and timeline
    • Ensures active benchmarking of competition and acts upon findings
    • Gives structured feedback and conclusions from consumers to Digital Lead and Sales Manager;
    • Works closely with the digital & sales teams in order to grow the D2C channel according to the targets
    • Responsible for accurate Promotion plan and designing the online campaigns needed to drive the forecasted revenue
    • Responsible for implementation of the Pricing policy, Dynamic Pricing
    • Analyses level of stock vs. sell-out performance and replenishes according to sales volumes with a high attention towards Accessories and Hero Products
    • Finds the winning product mix in order to be competitive in the e-commerce landscape
    • Identifies business opportunities and sets new L&I accounts for our online channel in order to generate desired growth
    • Setup contractual Marketing / COOP budgets for designated L&I accounts;
    • Managing order fulfilment process together with Supply
    • Optimizing and expanding the online marketing activities based on analyses and business opportunities
    • In charge of online sales forecasting (JDA), CFRM, BIM, Pricelist meetings, Account plans meeting, dynamic pricing
    • Create long term strategy for online & offline affiliate, L&I and B2C in D2C channel
