SAP HUMAN RESOURCES PROJECT MANAGER, Location: Romania

Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

- Minimum 2-3 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience on several modules;
- Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources Management would be an advantage;
- Advanced skills in Excel required;
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail required;
- Strong customer service focus with demonstrated skills in supporting project members and process owners in addressing issues and concerns.

- Management and triage of issue defects related to the assigned module and ensure day-to-day issues are addressed/resolved;
- Coordinating and assisting process owners in developing system documentation for their specific SuccessFactors, Kronos and SAP HCM modules, provide proper training aids that meet change management governance;
- Responsible for creating, reviewing, and ensuring that project plans and work demands of the Sap Human Resources Project Manager, Bucharest the integrated solutions are realistic and deadlines are met;
- Maintain and control costs, schedule, and quality review of project activities to run on a budget, in time and meet agreed requirements;
- Identify, assess, and manage risks;
- Facilitate training for new process owners and project key users and refresher sessions;
- Lead and coordinate testing with the various teams and third parties;
- Evaluating data quality and preventative strategies to maintain accurate data;
- Responsible to define appropriate process KPIs and targets agreed with the process owners, key users and making sure that KPIs are within targets.
