● Experience in full life cycle implementation
● Strong experience and configuration knowledge of SAP BPC
● Experience in Financial Consolidation concepts
● Hands-on experience configuring consolidation business rules, complex driver-based planning logic, input schedules, reports, data manager packages, master data, security profiles, and general system support and maintenance
● Experience with all aspects of an implementation including gathering requirements, designing the future state solution, development objects, as well as supporting testing and post implementation support
● Ability to implement practical business solutions under strict deadlines
● Ability and desire to work with people as part of a high-performance team
● Ability to meet client’s needs with a strong commitment to service
● Demonstrated ability to build relationships and credibility quickly
● Demonstrate a problem solving attitude
● Strong communication skills and the willingness to contribute to the qualitative growth of the team
● Very good knowledge in English language
● Travel availability up to 25%

● Successful delivery of functional and technical components of planning, budgeting and forecasting solutions using SAP Business Objects Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC)
● Perform and guide testing and issue resolution during all cycles of testing and UAT
● Full Life-cycle implementations, from planning to configuration through go-live
● Managing workstreams, including monitoring for project issues and escalations
● Required to report development, success, and failure of the project to the organization leadership
● Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders on the project timelines, milestones, risks, resource requirements
