Pentru clientul nostru, dezvoltatorul unei platforme de tranzacționare online pentru companii, căutăm un Customer Support Representative cu următoarele caracteristici:
Abilități bune de comunicare;
Engleză la nivel conversațional (scris și vorbit);
Cunoștințe aprofundate de utilizare a programelor MS Office, programe tip CRM;
Studii medii absolvite.

Identificarea nevoilor clienților și oferirea de soluții personalizate (telefonic și prin e-mail);
Verificarea solicitărilor de înregistrare în sistem venite din partea potențialilor clienți;
Traducerea și pregătirea materialelor informative destinate clienților;
Raportarea lunară în sistemul CRM.
