Essential Requirements:
- Advanced German and English;
- Attention to detail;
- Strong problem solving and multi-tasking ability;
- Ability to work within a team environment and independently;
- Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel).

Our products aren’t the only thing that breaks the mold; the way we fulfill orders to our customers does too. Our Order Management team takes charge of the end-to-end order, processing products, services and solutions received via sales staff and direct customers. We verify and review the accuracy of online and offline orders and determine the method of order processing to support the needs of the business.

What you’ll achieve
As an Order Management Specialist, you will support the end-to-end order management process, while being responsible for documentation of policy and procedures, reporting and research. You will work with internal and external customers to process and verify the accuracy of online and offline orders.

You will:
- Oversee the Order Management workflow to ensure highest quality and productivity in processing of orders
- Collaborate on complex customers issues with other departments
- Ensure that processes are compliant with the internal financial rules
- Develop action plan for non-complete orders
- Provide support to various Dell Technologies departments
