Bosch Automotive Blaj is a production unit that started its activity in 2007, under Bosch Rexroth division, for Industrial Technology sector. The plant grew fast, in terms of both buildings and products, and starting with 2012 it began to produce for Automotive Industry, specifically for Chassis Control System and Powertrain Solutions.

Our associates give great innovation and quality that is why, from 2020, Bosch Blaj will be lead plant for knock sensors. Blaj is one of the three plants in Europe where NOx Sensors are produced, sensors that are part of Bosch revolutionary innovation in diesel technology.

Your contribution to something big:

• Acquisition of raw materials in accordance with production plan and production line capacity
• Monitoring necessary raw materials for in-time production plan achieving
• Following the general customer demand according to client's requirement
• Monitoring supplier deliveries and verifying materials not delivered on time or partially delivered
• Proactive information sharing within the department and other related areas
• Escalation of issues or deviations, according to the defined procedure
• Daily monitorization for covering critical parts and action plan preparation in case of deviation as supplier backlog, special transports
• Maintenance and optimization of new materials, within the required System Applications and Products program (Abbr. SAP)
• Monthly forecast planning in SAP (short term, mid term, long term)
• Coordination of product relocation volumes in the Plant
• Monitoring key performance indicators (inventor, on-time delivery, special shipments, etc.) and continuous optimization
• Creating and updating processes related work instructions
• Interface role between the plant, external supplier, internal customer and central functions (e.g. purchasing)
